If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 2–4 business days (UAE)

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout

  • Promotional free-shipping offers may apply from time to time

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for eligible locations

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and make payment

  • Orders may be cancelled if delivery attempts fail due to unavailability

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If an order is returned due to repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Share your order number and clear photos of the issue
